I never weighed like I do,Ive been sedentary for 7 months and have gained alot of weight 'I hope that having a site and game that motivates me will help to lose weight ,I think it will help.Ill post sometimes my improvements Thank you!

I would like to thank the person who created this site,It's ingenious.It gives us a goal.I had goals like going on vacation allinclusive but this year I coudn't go and I gained alot of weight.Now I have a Goal and I can share my thoughts with people who understand .Thank You
Didn't Know what diet to start but I know myself and a restricted diet like the protein diet will be to much for me so I am counting calories.I have to eat between 1200-1350 calories per day to reach my goal it is hard.But up till now I have done it.
Didn't eat before I went to sleep last night and not tonight either! counted my calories and ate under 1350 calories.It's hard.
I was never looking in the mirror and weighing my self,and now it's hard to realize how much weight I gained and to look in the mirroir but I do it and that will surely help me to lose.I've never been that over weight.Also I realized that my bmi is in the obeisity range wow,Thats not a healthy weight.I have to be motivated
I ate my 1200 calories didnt esercises,it's hard with the cravings
