Breakfast for the day: eggs, cherry tomatoes, onions, some smoked turkey, and a slice of light cheese all cooked in a tsp of olive oil. Yes i know to some this may look crazy but I'd rather go for a big delicious breakfast to keep me motivated for the day. Having cheese in it really helps me stay on track! And so far i've been doing great! What do you yall have for breakfast?
