Thank you for posting this!! I came across some of Lustig's videos elsewhere in the past few months. He has really great info. He's actually kind of famous for a video they put out on youtube called Sugar: the bitter truth in 2009. Over 6 million views now. And just today there is a video that has been uploaded on youtube by Stanford Health with him speaking. Everyone needs to see this stuff!
