Refocusing and getting the positive mojo back is one of my interests too. I try every technique in the book. Your posts and ideas have been helpful for me in giving me ideas. These videos have helped too! I keep a Pinterest board of things that motivate me like positive quotations and images and things. One thing I have realized recently is that when people post lots of pictures like pictures of meals they have eaten, for some reason I find that very motivating. It makes me think, I want to have a salad too! Or I am going to try a chia pudding. Somehow it helps. For some reason weighing helps me too. Even if the # on the scale is high, it makes me think: damn i need to get to work. Or if it's low, I think: wow it is not as bad as I imagined, then I feel like I'm ahead of the game and it pushes me forward. The worst for me is not weighing because then I imagine I am doing terrible and that leads to all kinds of snacking mayhem! Strange how so much of being healthy and staying on track can be a mind game.
