I joined dietbet because, as my mother says, "You'll never do anything to lose $35." Yesterday I continued on my running progress, and while I can only run for 3 minutes, I feel better already. My calorie count, after my workout, was 1,668. I ate mostly fruit and veggies with some chicken thrown in for protien, no sweet snacks and I'm feeling motivated for this morning.
Breakfast was scrambled eggs and greek yogurt. I'm hoping for another successful day and grateful for this perfect motivation!
