Hello Everyone:

Around the middle of 2014,  I stopped fitbit activity, left for vacation and stopped paying attention to my weight.  Later in December 2014,  I drove myself to the hospital because of chest tightness and pains.  Turns out that I had clogged arteries. Diabetes and heart disease runs in my family.  I went through a triple bypass heart operation.  I have been fine since the operation, but my weight has been climbing little by little.  I have come to the realization that tracking my weight and following a diet must be a part of my daily life style if I want to live a long quality life. So here I find myself back on dietbet ready to rock this contest.  I know the routine that I need to follow to get me back on track.  I just need to be among like minded individuals with the similar goals.  You know the saying, you are what you eat?  In Mexican culture there is a similar saying "tell me who you hang around with and i ll tell you who you are".  Glad to be back and thanks for taking the time to read.  What time is lunch??? ;)
