I can't help myself, I love sweets. I always want cake and cookies and donuts and, and, and basically all that tastes deliceous but will kill me. Granted there isn't much food I don't enjoy. Well green peas, I don't like green peas.
Tonight I decided to give this DietBet a try. I have been unsuccessful at maintaingy any weight loss to date. All the diets works, but the problem seams to be everything else. I just need to work-harder to form the good habits that are essential, that remove those questions and choices that I struggle with right now and then continue on with these habits for the rest of my life.
In the past I always had the most success losing weight when there was an event, such as a wedding or fancy family photos on the horizon, but literally the day after that passed, i go crazy and all the weight retruns.
I am sure I am not alone in my struggle, and I am excited to try something new, with more fun and awesome people. All working together with our common goal.
