I am a 45 year old woman with two young kids and honestly I feel like crap most of the time. I eat poorly and I barely exercise. I have made up my mind that begining June 1, 2016 I will exercise and eat healthy and transform my body from feeling tired to feeling light and fit. My goal is to lose 55 pounds by 12/31/2016.
