So, the transformer starts Monday.

My plan is, first and foremost, to stick to my WW points and exercise daily, with the goal of building up to an hour of exercise a day.

But in addition, given how MUCH I have to lose, I intend to try to do a bunch of things that research have shown help keep your metabolism moving.

Build muscle

Interval training 

Drink white and/or green tea daily

Drink COLD water

Stay WELL hydrated

Eat spicy food

Get plenty of fiber, both soluble and insoluble

Eat organic produce

Eat protein at every meal

Get enough dairy

Get some sunlight every day 

Get enough sleep

 

I know this is a a lot. But if I'm serious, I've got to be prepared for and work against my body's desire to stay fat.
