Day 5 - Today I got on the scale, and I lost another 1.4 pounds. WOOHOO!!! That's 10 pounds gone since Monday!!! Now that's what I'm talking about!!! What I'm doing is working, so I'm gonna stick to it. In a few days, I should be entering the 220s!!! YIIIPPPEEEE!!! :-)
For lunch, instead of having a protein shake, I decided to eat eggs with cheese. For dinner, I had a London Broil with onions. Everything was very tasty!!! :-)
Also, I met my Accountability Assignment - 5,000 steps (2 days straight). YEAH BABY!!! I'm sooo proud of myself. Gonna try to keep it up. :-)
