I didn't write anything for Days 6 & 7 because nothing was going on besides my weight stalling @ 233 since Friday. I've been sticking to my plan without any distractions. YAY ME!!! :-)

FOOD - Since Friday, the scale hasn't moved, so I decided to have my protein shake with fruit earlier than 12pm (had it @ 11:50am). (I read somewhere that fruit should be eaten before 12.) If my weight is still the same tomorrow, I'm gonna eliminate fruit from my diet for a little while to get the scale moving again. I'll see what happens in the AM. Oh, for dinner, I had leftovers: hot wings & some steamed brocolli. It was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!! :-)

EXERCISE - Yesterday I was sooo proud of myself because I finally got in over 10,000+ steps!!! WOOHOO!!! I danced my way to 10,354 steps!!! That was HUGE for me because I haven't been able to do that since I had gotten sick last year. I tried to do a repeat performance today, but I only had 3 hours of sleep, so that wasn't happening. I guess lack of sleep is catching up to me. No more stepping!!! I'm BEAT!!! LOL!!! I'm still proud of myself because I did reach my goal of a minimum of 5,000 steps. That's a 5-Day streak. Consistency is the key!!! :-)

I'm exhausted, so I'm calling it a night. I'm not even gonna take a hot bubble bath. I'm gonna take a quick shower & get in my bed. I'M SOOO TIRED!!! (Yawning......)

Oh yeah: KITCHEN IS CLOSED!!! LOL!!!
