I have always worked better with a little competition and a goal. I can't believe that just a little over two years ago I lost 40 pounds!! Unfortunately that 40 pounds that I lost found me again when I got pregnant and further more when I was being a stay at home mom and breast feeding. I have had the BIGGEST sweets cravings since giving birth. Something that I never had prior to having Holly. 

I am hoping that with everyones motivation I get kick off this first 28 days and be well on my way to a better lifestyle!! I don't want to be a fat mom that can't keep up with her kid, furthermore, I don't want to be in terrible shape when it is time to get pregnant again and pile baby weight on top of baby weight!
