Hi all!  I just came across this site just before going to bed last night.  I'm excited to begin this challenge and hope that it helps me finally get back on track with exercising and eating right.  A few years ago I lost 30-40 lbs with myfitnesspal and running.  I then allowed lifes challenges to get in my way and then ended up back where I am today, at my highest weight ever. I gained all my weight back + plus some.

I plan to use runtastic and myfitnesspal with this challenge.  My goal weight will be 170.  Although this is not considered a goal weight to some but its perfect for me. This is where I was the last time I lost weight and was feeling energetic and running marathons (several halfs/1 full). Except, I was too hard on myself and was never satisfied with my progress. Now, as I look back at my pictures from that time I realize how much hard work and progress I had made and would love to get that back! I hope and pray to get back to that weight and fitness level and this time I will be grateful and appreciate the hard work I accomplish!

Let this challenge begin!
