I am finally answering!!! It has taken me months of the "I'll start Monday" conversation in my head. I am now answering back with "Yes you will!!". I am optimistic and looking forward to losing 4%...it's just a drop in the bucket but it all adds up!! I have been sick of being looked down upon because I am obese. I was an appropriate weight until I started working night shift at my job 12 years ago. I ate to stay awake and boy have I paid for it! I guess to midnight McDonald's runs were unhealthy after all. I'm not lovin' it!! Bleh.
I haven't completed a challenge yet but I have my eye on one that starts next week. I am so excited!
