Everyone has their own Why for losing weight, getting heathlier or doing something for themselves. It is important to always remember your why and to make it something that means something for you.

For me there's many whys going on right now in my life. I have reached a point with my weight that I am not happy with, I feel the most out of shape I have been in a really long time and it scares me as I get ready to go back into teaching next week and I have a wedding coming up. Some reasons are allowed to be superficial and ofcourse I want to be in the best shape of my life as I start the next journey of my life.

But with every why there is an opportunity to push yourself more, to break past those boundaries that you have put up in your life, and to see yourself for everything you are.

Think about your why and exam what is going on in your life that is making you want to make a change. Write it down if you need to, keep it in the back of your mind and remember that why is what is going to push you through success.
