I know I shared I am so excited to be almost "there". I am so grateful and thankful to Sarah Gilbert and her You're Still Worth It Dietbets and Down with Dani. I really enjoy participating in their support groups on Facebook. So I got caught up in the excitement and signed up for their current and upcoming Kickstarters.
Well, then it hit me. I am almost at my long-term goal and there is no way I should go below that. So I opted out of those and will be joining the October Maintainer instead.
And while I say I am almost there, well the journey continues. I continue to seek new workouts and challenge myself, because the body gets used to doing the same routines and they arn't as effective. But I still keep my favorites and most challenging ones in my weekly lineup. (Darn you Joel Harper and your crazy Ab workouts - but they work LOL). I feel so accomplished and strong now.
I am vigilent in planning and tracking my food in myfitnesspal. And I am making healthier choices most of the time, I try hard to think of my food as fuel for my efforts and brain.
I am confident in knowing that committing to the Maintainer will keep me accountable for this next year of this journey we call life and keep me on track.
