So, apparently I dont eat enough. My LifeSum app (go check it out) estimated I should eat 1761 calories today, excluding an exercise. After exercising today, according to the app, I should have eaten 2146 calories. Even though I felt pretty satisfied today, I recorded that I only ate 1390 calories. WTH!! Clearly, I need to have a little more fun with my diet. LOL!

Sign in to Commentwow 2146 is a lot! what are you recording your exercise on? was the 385 calories it added equal to what you did? I think some apps/devices are pretty generous with exercise calories!
