I started a little early on preping for this weight loss challenge, so I've been keeping my blog posts on the "How Momma Got Her Groove Back" Facebook page. I will post those here to keep everything together. 

Day 1: Oh my gawd, I did it... I acctually RAN this morning!! Well, I'm on the 'walk a minute, run a minute' pace, but it's a start! I'm going to join the dietbet a mama in here started for the 4% in 4 weeks challenge and i'm also registering for our local "Big Turkey Burn" 5k on Thanksgiving Day.. I hope to use this site as my check in plave to have y'all help hold m accountable! #itfeelsgoodtohaveagoal
