Day 2: Honestly, I'm FEELING it in my legs/thighs today and the voice in my head was trying to make up excuses why NOT to go running... I considered walking, but I don't want to let the excuses win - period! I was going to run again this morning, but the baby woke up to feed around the same time I needed to get up and ready to go... So, I allowed that excuse to win and we stayed in bed. I normally take lunch from 12-1 but have been bogged down with work and said, "now or never!" I even pushed myself to go another lap! Phew! Is day 3 going to be worse?!
