Day 4: Okay ladies, Day 3 turned into my rest day and let me tell you... They're not kidding when they tell you to not over do yourself in the beginning because giiiirl I was feeling it soooo bad! I even noticed a tremendous difference when I woke up this morning! :) So, to make up for a "day lost" I made sure to go on a walk/run on lunch, and yes I pushed myself to do 2 laps! ;) This evening I found myself in the gym for the first time in years! Believe it or not, I won a free month family pass to American Family Fitness and guess what... they have 2 hour child care!!! One happy mama over here! I went 2.5 miles on the manual runner in 35 mins and did 4 miles on the manual bike in 20 mins! :D (Kharrington got fussy/hungry so I went ahead and packed her up and left earlier than I wanted to) I've got some work to continue doing, but this gym thing has boosted my confidence!!
