This weekend was terrible as far as diet goes. But I did my strength workouts everyday and got my 10k/day step goal in. Monday was a rest day because I felt like crap after eating out everyday and not getting enough sleep. Today I'm back on my grind.

Don't think I'll get the first round of my DietBet but I still have like 5 more rounds to go. My work fitbit challenge started yesterday and I need to catch up already lol. My family has agreed that we'll start our challenge on Nov 5/6. Well be doing the befitin90 workouts. It will overlap with my Bikini Body Mommy (BBM) workouts but I should be able to incorporate them without over stressing my body.

This week I really need to focus on having a healthy diet while being broke. It's more about making my mind agree to eat the same thing all week. Le sigh....but the money is not there so I gotta do what I gotta do.
