Well, I didn’t end up going to the gym last night after class. By the time I got back in town it was already 7:20(ish) and I got a call from my husband a little stressed asking me to go get more formula for the baby - I took that as a sign to pick up more beer for him and Tylenol for myself and get home ASAP haha
Looks like today will be my rest day – and I do NOT hate that decision! ;)
Before getting pregnant I started to waist train and noticed a tremendous difference within a few weeks/months of consistently wearing it! (I highly recommend it!! http://waistedbykeke.com/products/long-waisted-training-vest-black-or-nude) After having the baby I tried to put it on a few times and it was close to impossible, so I stopped trying. After these past few days I decided to try again and I succeeded. Looks like today is Day 1 of getting back into W/T! :D
We have a friend’s wedding tomorrow at 3pm (praying that they have an open bar!!! LOL) so I’m going to do my utmost best to get up early in the morning to hit the gym! Drilling into my head already that I’m going to do the same Sunday!
OH!!! I’m going to do a personal weigh in this evening around 6-6:30 EST!! I’ll definitely update y’all on that! I’m preparing myself to not see any change to avoid getting discouraged, but I feel like I NEED to do a weekly weigh in and since Friday is when I did my last one… Friday’s it’ll be!!
