Yesterday at the gym... was AH-Mazing! I honestly felt like I was making up for a weekend lost! Did just over a mile walk on the treadmill, more like limped, to start and went straight into my upper body workouts. I managed to go two rounds and then another quarter mile walk before having to pick up the baby.

The workout stations are next to a group workout room. I was envying the ladies in there working their thing! I noticed those who were pros and those who seem to be a beginner. It made me a little more confident with the idea of joining/trying one!! We shall see! ;) I know they have a 30 min "core" program. Hmmm..

Speaking of jealously, for those of you checking in regularly with high weight lost - I’m beyond jealous! I feel like this process for me is going to be 'slow and steady'.  I eat clean, work out as much as my life allows me to, live a stress-free life (for the most part) and stay positive and determined but can’t seem to lose the pesky pounds that should be easier to shed in the beginning. Patience Katee....

As for today, well like I mentioned, "as much as my life allows me" between working 8-5, classes 5-10 and then straight home to a newborn I don't get much work out time on Mondays and Wednesday :( Good news, I've managed to NOT have any halloween candy - period!! Everytime I think about it, I go eat a carrott hahahaha
