Boy, it has been awhile since I’ve done an update!
I’m glad I’ve finally found a flow with my eating and daily workouts – no matter how much/long the workout is! Of course, I could always do MORE, but I’m proud of myself for even continuing to try and better my health in ANY way! I’m also still working on controlling my dinner portions – hubby’s cooking is just soooo damn good ;)
I took last week off from all cardio (other than a mile walk or so on the treadmill to warm up for my upper body workouts) to allow the anti-inflammatories work their magic on my knees. I’ve noticed a HUGE difference! I still feel a sting in my right, but with my left it pretty much feels “healed” *knock on wood* sooo I started up my lunch time walks again *with ol’ pal weights* and hope to see an even better change so I can slowly transition into running.
I’ve started Uber driving on the weekends… So, I’m working on finding the motivation to make it to the gym at some point during those days. Most of my driving is at night so I’m prrrretty tired/exhausted by come the next day.
Good news – I did my weekly weigh in Saturday! I’ve lost a total of 5 pounds! WOOHHOOO I’m now transitioning from the 190’s to 180’s! Anything to get further away from the scary 200 number!!!
