I stepped on the scales this morning thinking I've probably gained. Not because I made very bad food choices this week, but because I wasn't as strict with my meals.
I also haven't stepped on the scales the whole week - a first for me, I tend to go on he scales almost daily, driving myself crazy with the fluctuations in weight.
My positive this week has been walking and just generally being active. Yesterday I walked almost 10 miles. This week I also did some light work outs, just following different youtube videos. Spontaneously broke into jumping jacks or or a bit of on the spot running while waiting for the kettle to boil or while cooking.
The reward was the scales showing a loss of 1.6 today, which brings me to a total of 4 lbs lost so far.
SO far so good.
