Hi My Beautiful DietBetter Family!!!
Today was a good day!!! I was able to get in over 5,000+ steps AGAIN!!! WOOHOO!!! Since I'm starting to get my walk on again, I made a contract with myself to complete a minimum of 5,000 steps daily for 30 days. I know I can't do it straight, but I'll walk, sit, & get back up & walk some more. I refuse to sit around any longer not at least trying to get some steps in. Believe it or not, I even danced a little this evening, & I HAD FUN!!! Hopefully, once I lose more weight, my back will feel even better. Time will tell.... Okay, here are my results:
Accountability Assignment - 12/1/16
Completed 6,497 steps (walked 3.25 steps; burned 2,220 calories) - DONE
Jumped on mini trampoline 100 times - DONE
2 days down; 28 more to go...... (Yawning....) I've already taken my hot bubble bath, & now I'm going to bed.
