Today is Day 4, & I'm still going strong!!! Since I was feeling good, I decided to do Chris Powell's 15-minute Level 1 workout. I really hope & pray that I didn't overdo it because after I finished that workout, my back pain flared up. I soaked in a hot bath with Epsom salt for almost an hour; hopefully that will help. Right now, since my back is still hurting, I'm gonna lie on a heating pad before I go to sleep. I'm really proud of myself though because I got my walk on, got a little dancing on, & I did a 15-minute workout!!! Hopefully, no damage was done. I'm not trying to be stuck in bed again unless it's for a good reason!!! ;-D LOL!!! I'll see what tomorrow brings.....
