great point ! Since I'm new to trying to lose weight, only gained all my weight 5 years ago at age 35, I've tried SO many different things. Religiously counting calories and weighing everything works great for me. I've dabbled in carb cycling and am curious if it would work any faster than my 1200 calorie/day clean, balanced diet if I stuck to it, but like you said...... if it ain't broke.... =) Glad to see you in Heidi & Chris's new one.
