Down 0.7 lbs from my initial weigh-in, a great start to the DietBet! 

I'm finding it hard to get my meals in - it's almost 8pm and I've just had my first real meal (breakfast) - I had a few snacks earlier, but with the two little ones, it's been hard to get a full meal in. It's like I'm intermittent fasting without meaning to! LOL

My goals for Round 1 are:

  • Getting my water intake up - currently, I am drinking 2-4 cups of water a day - need to increase this to 8 or more
  • Having 3 meals a day - breakfast, lunch, dinner - currently I am only getting one meal and then snacking throughout the day
  • Meet the weight loss necessary to continue onto Round 2!

Hopefully this will be the start of some great new habits - ones that I had lost after I had my two babies.
