Happy Wednesday Everybody!!!

I'm sooo happy my endoscopy & colonoscopy are DONE!!! Yesterday, my doctor was behind schedule, so I didn't get in til after 5pm!!! I was okay though. I laughed & talked with the other people waiting too..... :-)

Do you guys want to hear something crazy??? Although I had general anesthesia, I felt it while the colonoscopy was being done!!! I semi-consciously woke up & said: "OH MY GOD!!! IT HURTS!!! I FEEL THE PAIN!!!" My doctor was surprised!!! He told me to hang in there & that it would be over soon.

I believe that I didn't get enough anesthesia. I'm gonna be one of those patients who (under major surgery) is gonna feel the cutting the whole procedure. Please pray that I never have to have any.... Anyway, he found a polyp, so it was removed for biopsy. He also took tissue from my stomach for biopsy. Praying that my results come back negative. I'll get my results back in 2 weeks.....

Hope things are going well for you sis. That's crazy about the waking up during the procedure! Whew!!!!! Feel better and keep us posted with the results if you feel like it. LOVE!

Thanks sooo much Tori!!! It WAS crazy!!! I'll let you guys know my results once I get them. My next appt will be Jan. 4th..... SENDING LOVE BACK TO YA!!! :-)

Oh happy day!!! Glad that's behind you! Praying for a good report from your biopsy. You never told me if you are getting excited about going to see your relatives...well, I AM!!! We're planning a surprise trip to see our daughter and her family in Albany Georgia in January!!! We don't plan to advise her of our arrival until about 2 days before we head that way. She sent us the sweetest box from Santa and her family...we received it from UPS yesterday!!! It was filled with all kinds of goodies, including a precious Christmas collage of her three children!!! Do you have any children? I think I remember you saying that you don't have any, but I'm not positive. Are you on Facebook...if so, send a friend request to me so we can be Facebook friends. Well, take care of yourself and don't overdo it!!! ")

Thanks sooo much Erica!!! I'm glad it's behind me too!!! Now, I just have to wait for the results..... Unfortunately, I won't be able to make the trip to SC for Christmas. :-( Some unexpected expenses had to be taken care of, but it's all good. I'll definitely be there with my family to celebrate my 55th birthday on January 21st. :-) Sounds like you're gonna have a great time in January with your family too!!! Now that's what I'm talking about!!! We'll both be TURNING UP!!! LOL!!! Your daughter sent you & hubby an awesome Christmas present, & I know the Christmas collage of your grandchildren is beautiful!!! :-) I don't have any children, but I have plenty of Godchildren, nieces, & nephews, plus I'm Mother Love to many others too!!! :-) I don't have Facebook; never was interested in having an acct..... Glad to hear they got it done in the end and removed the polyp! Better to take it out, just in case. Make sure to come up with a plan to distract yourself while waiting for results. Sending lots of positive energy!!

Thank you so much, it helped!! If I don't do crazy stuff, the tooth leaves me alone, even without painkillers. Fingers crossed it stays that way!
