Fitness:
- after waking up: 10 - 15 min yoga sesh via Asana Rebel
- walk everywhere - aim for 10K steps via Fitbit
- attend a 40-45 min class in-person or online via classpass/Grokker/or Tone It Up
Food:
- protein in every meal
- complex carbs are OK during breakfast/before noon
- eat a light dinner
