Fitness:

  • after waking up: 10 - 15 min yoga sesh via Asana Rebel
  • walk everywhere - aim for 10K steps via Fitbit
  • attend a 40-45 min class in-person or online via classpass/Grokker/or Tone It Up

 

Food:

  • protein in every meal
  • complex carbs are OK during breakfast/before noon
  • eat a light dinner
