Disclaimer: I have never wrote a blog before and I did not graduate with a grammar degree... So just a warning when you start reading..

In preparation for the new dietbet that is starting in 31 hours... I decided to workout three days ago after not working out in about a year or 2. Well most of the time it is recommended that you ease yourself back into working out... But oh no.. I decided to join this boot camp type of program. Talk about jumping into an ocean without any swimmies. Needless to say it was "the camps" hardest workout of the week.. I seriously was done after the 15 minute warm-up. However, I decided to keep going... It was a 40 minute AMRAP and my attitude was still positive that I would do fairly well.

This suddenly changed after 10 minutes into the workout. I was hit like a wall of bricks and couldn't move any further. (Here comes the inspiring part). I was going to be physically ill, so my trainer comes over and is soo understanding while im hunched over. As he was talking to me I realized I might not be able to do this like everyone else but I can still keep moving.

So I got up and finished the last 25 minutes of the workout. Hallelujah!

The moral of the story is.. make sure you remain open to your success as the mind is the only thing that can stop you, so don't let it.

And.. I titled this post this way because I have never realized how many muscles are in your buns... as mine are on fire from that workout (three days later)... And as a side note... The last two classes I attended no problem making it thru.

Good luck everyone... You can do it..
