Wide Stance Barbell Squat 30 lbs x 20 reps

Seated Cable Row 17.5 pounds (w/ extra 5lb plate) x 20 reps

Narrow Stance Barbell Squat 30 lbs x 20 reps

Skull Crushers 20 lb x 20 reps
