Yes, I did enjoy the holidays and the past 6 months...but now its time to get focused!
Leading up to my July 16, 2016 wedding I was on track with my diet, eating right and working out multiple times a week. While I did not achieve my goal of being a skinny mini bride, I did achieve my goal of finding my soul mate/perfect partner and we were more concerned about enjoying the moment with our friends and family.
Now...6 months later, we have continued to enjoy the moment with friends and family...a little too much. It is time to get back on track and lose the extra we have gained in order to ultimately live a happier, healthier life.
