This week I start my weight bet game. I have done many diets before and some have worked and some have not but I am the kind of person that gets bored doing the same thing over and over again, I want to try something different and make it fun while I am at it.

 

what I am thinking of doing this time is achieving one goal at a time. I dont want to feel like I have not accomplished anything, I want to feel like I have moved forward not stayted in the same placed or move backwards. So my first goal to help e achieve my goal in loosing my extra pounds is Drinking 8 cups of water for the first week, then I add a cup the next week until I get to a gallon a day! :)
