Hello,
I just signed up for Tony Horton's Dietbet and I am eager to start today!! I figured that it would be a good idea to at least get myself all setup for the big day, such as doing the following:
Figuring out how to do the weigh-in
Finding a successful diet plan
Finding myself a mantra to stay on track
Any suggestions are welcome!! I seriously could use some help in being successful!!
