So, I am currently training for a marathon and really struggling to eat well. My runs have been really hard mentally lately too. Is there a connection?? You bet!
There is just no way for your body to perfom well or for you to feel well unless you are giving it the proper fuel. I joined dietbet to give me the kick in the pants I needed to get back on track. I am 6 weeks out from race day. Every morsel I choose from this day forward will be used by my body to fuel that run.
I have worked too hard to let a few cravings and some mental demons lead me to bad food choices. Today I throw down the gauntlet. No. More. Crap. Food. Who's with me??
