Out of 5 days of hollidays, 4 days of sport. Several days ago, I started taking omegas 3 and magnesium with B6 vitamin after I had personnal problems. And I was surprised to see I didn't need to eat between meals anymore. There was a time I was used to eat only a yogourt for dinner. Since I take omegas 3 and magnesium I'm not hungry in the evening. So I eat a yogourt or something else very light. And I'm happy to see I'm losing weigh. So I've decided to connect and tell you my personal experience. Maybe it could help someone.
