Blog #4, probably the most interesting thing is going back and reading what you wrote 30 days ago.For 2 months I've failed to meet goal now. I know all the reasons why. Ventured back into my old habits, making a midnight stop at the corner store for chips and donuts. Just this day which lead into five days in a row. Having that celebratory drink which lead to a few more and some foodie treats to go along. What I have learned besides the fact my self control and will is weak is that I am physically stronger than I have been in years. Before I joined Dietbet I was back into Yoga then joined the gym for some zumba clases and now I'm doing what I've always loved veggin and stretching and sprinting in the pool. No classes no specific time just getting there daily and feeling good about strenghthing my body and I believe exercise helps the mind too. So I'm motivated maybe because it's spring and I don't want to lose any more bets with Diet Bet. That I'm determined to make goal this month and keep the weight off. If I put it in writting will I be more accountable ? Close but no cigar we will see.
