In preparation for my first challenge, I'm preparing mentally as well. Trying to come up with my small, reasonable goals to get me started with something doable. I think starting out, my first smal list ofl goals is: to not eat after 7pm, only drink one night a week, and avoid fast food at all costs!
I am busy with work, school and my family, but I know that the fit girls that I want to be like, must have busy lives too, and somehow make it all work. I can do it. I'm not the first.
