Little nervous about whether I'll be able to do 4% in this amount of time due to where I am in my weight loss/exercise plan. I'm getting realatively close to my goal weight so I know the pounds won't come off as easy. Plus, about a month ago I finally started working out more regularly and I am gaining muscle so I could potentially even gain weight or have the fat/muscle weight change cancel itself out. I decided to sign up anyway, having more muscle is supposed to burn fat faster, so maybe I will end up kicking everyone's butts! It will help keep me motivated to be more diligent with everything, logging the food, staying on the food plan, and making time for exercise.

Sign in to CommentI am in a similar boat Amanda. In the past 15 years the "skinniest" I've EVER been is only a few pounds less than my goal weight for this challenge. And the months leading up to that weight I only lost a few pounds a month at best, whereas I have lost as much as 20 pounds in month when quite out of shape and just starting a weigh-loss plan. The Law of Diminishing Returns is a bitch.
