First week down. (1 out of 26)

 

Not too much progress. My weight went up and down because I eat inconsistently. Exercise has been the best part to help me eat less and to maintain my weight.

**Only lost 0.4 pounds.**

If I stay at this pace, I will be 165.6 for the first round weigh in.

My 3% goal for the first weigh in is 162.2 pounds.

I definitely need to stop overeating and get in the game--I am behind.

I should lose about 1.6 lbs per week to get to that goal at 162 lbs, in time for the weigh in 3 weeks.

 

This should look like:

Mon 7/24 - 165.2 lbs

Mon 7/31 - 163.6 lbs

Mon 8/7 - 162 lbs *Weigh in shortly after.*

 

Plans this week:

  1. Exercise consistently -- 1.5 hours a day except for work days.
  2. Stay under 2000 calories a day.
  3. Plan to only treat low blood sugars with prune juice -- do not use lows as an excuse for another dinner and desert!

 

Token weigh in is tomorrow--Tues. 7/18.

Try to exercise and eat less, so you can by some miracle meet your week one token goal of 165.5.
