I did not do a good job of following my goals for my nine week project. I got off track during the 2nd week and haven't gotten back on track. I have reassessed my goals and changed things up a bit. At the rate I'm going I have no hope of making my round 3 goal and since I missed my round 2 goal that is just unacceptable to me. For the eating portion of my goals I'm basically going back to how I did it for my first DB 10 game. I really like having a free day which I had taken out of my plan. I'm putting it back in.
Health goals:
Have breakfast within 1 hour of waking
Drink 11 glasses of water a day (1/2 my weight in ounces)
2 days of toning and 3 days of cardio each week
Eat 1200 cal on Sunday, Tuesday and Friday
Eat 1500 cal on Monday, Thursday and Saturday
Free day on Wednesday
Only have muffins, cookies, candy, etc., on my free day
Lights and Kindle off by 10:30 PM except on Saturdays
Take all necessary vitamins and meds
