Hello, My name is Kalli some also call me Gingey! Mostly because the color of my hair. I am 23 and hoping to start changing for the better this time around. This isnt my first time trying to keep to a healthier lifestyle. I have been through ups and downs and somehow find myself stuck and usually not real happy with my body and the way it looks and feels. As they say I gained that freshman 15 and everytime I try to take it on, something else took my time away. But I have stopped letting that decide my way of life and am starting fresh trying to keep to goals and challenges, with eating better and having more activity and simply getting off my butt. I may not be able to give it all my time since I am still in school butt I do plan to integrate it in a bit at a time. I weigh 169 right now my goal weight is to get down to 130. Wish me luck
As a college stuent if you have any suggestions for how to get in more excercise without taking away from my studying, that would be great! I also love college budget meals and more and overall having support this time I hope will encourage me to continue on and take charge of my life.
