I promised myself that during this transformer challenge I would do 3 miles or 30 minutes of exercise atleast 5 days per week. Here it is, day one, and I got in 2.6 miles but it took me 55 minutes (just over 21 min. per mile). I am so torn by what to do about this. I know I exceeded my 30 minutes but I really, really want that 3 miles. I might go out after dinner for a short walk.

Sign in to Commentwhy not do 30 minutes each day and keep building up to 3 miles... I assume you are running? I can walk 2 miles in 30 minutes but it didn't start out that way... BUILD UP you'll find the reward really sweet at the end cuz you can build even further from there...
