This was one of the best decisions i ever made in my life, the motivation givin was amazing ,the reminders as well. I first enter a 30 days challenge and i won them i felt hungry for more and the 6months challenge was the next step, so i thought that i had enough time to make the changes nessesary to achive my goal, but here is what amazed me , I got my mind so focused that i wound up loosing the weight much faster than expected, and that motivated me even more to go further ahead, I started the my first diet bet with 234.6lbs and my goal was hit to 205lbs , i reached my goal in 3 months it wasn't easy but first you have to ask your self (HOW BAD YOU WANT TO MAKE THOSE CHANGES) plan a diet and follow with exercises and voila..... I feel so good that i changed my way of leaving making healthier choices with what i eat,now im doing a diferent work out called CALESTHENICS which changed my whole body this is just AMAZING , Im 43y young and throughout my whole life i never had a 6pack, I'm uploading a photo taken 2 months ago at 205lbs, now i'm weighting 193lbs and I thank DIET BET for the motivation......
