Hey everybody.

My name is Thommy, I am 33 years old from Bamberg, Germany and I´m working in an office as an event manager in a music club.

Had a rough year. Both of my parents died and got single I kinda lost focus on life. Drinking and partying a lot and eating non-healthy fast food stuff all the time and nearly did no sports the last few months.

Gained a lot of weight the last year and now I feel really bad and absolutely want to change something. I am tired all the time but can´t really sleep well.

I really want to get healthier and want to lose weight and hopefully I can do it with additional motivation from you guys.

So after the official weight-in, for me this was the first day to try to achieve my goals.

My first day on DietBet and my first day to use Fitbit as an additional motivatian. Just have to get to know all the funktions of FitBit.

I think DietBet is a great concept that could really help me stay motivated.

Not really sure how to eat right now or which food concept I could follow. I just try to avoid alcohol, fast food, sweets, all drinks except water/coffee/tea/milk and try to eat low carb at the beginning. 

I also was in the gym today for the first time since weeks. I want to do sports now at least 3 or 4 times a week.

I hope that there are not to many mistakes in my text and I hope my English is ok so far.
