so today is day 2 and yea i'm doing good. No cravings, no headache. Didn't get much sleep but that has more to do with the medication i'm on  (175mcg synthroid)

 

i wish everyday could be like how today was food wise -- not too hungry, lots of veggies, no cravings.

 

I had a disastrous attempt though at making keto friendly shrimp scampi -- i added too much xantham gum. i used too much broth and needed to thicken the mixture. Lesson learned -- 1tbsp of xantham gum is all i need not 2. Ended up throwing the whole thing in the trash (such a waste of food especially the shiratake noodles sigh)

Oh i also tried hands free yoga today -- it was actually ok, so i'm defintely adding it to my workout routine
