I've been a Personal Trainer now for 20 years (in the fitness industry for 30 years) and can tell you that many of us are just like you all out there. We can gain weight and get out of shape just like anyone else who isn't consistent with eating and exercise. 

So every now and then, I have to get out of my own comfort zone and have to challenge myself so I don't get too complacent. And that's how Dietbet has helped me. I'm competitive and don't like to lose, so when I get a challenge or test put in front of me, I want to be number 1. Now obviously that isn't always going to happen, but what it does do is bring out the fighter in me to try to achieve the best result that I can. And really that's what it's all about because everyone has a good fight in them. Some just need to discover what it is to bring it out.
