This is my 1st diet bet. I lost 138lbs about 5 yrs ago and have maintained within 5lbs since then until recently. My husband retired recently and i noticed the scale going up. I gained 8lbs so decided i need to do something about it. I dont want all my hard work to be undone. So i decided i would try diet bet. One of my daughter's did diet bet and had good luck with it, so here i am determined to get this weight off and get these 8 lbs off....I joined 2 diet bets that started 2 days apart from each other and hope this will give me the motivation i need and i will be able to encourage others along the way. So far so good i have done my walk8ng the last 4 days and have cut back on my calories. We can do this......
